The project consists of the conversion of an underutilized industrial warehouse into a contemporary workspace, preserving and enhancing its original spatial qualities.

The intervention is conceived as a clean and functional operation, informed by industrial materials and systems, and organizes the program in a clear and efficient manner.

Work areas are developed through a combination of natural and artificial lighting, creating an optimal working atmosphere, while flexible areas for rest and informal interaction are integrated as extensions of the workspace.
