CIUDAD GRANJA

Guadalajara, Mexico
2019

The project consists of a housing complex designed for young residents, located in a growing area of Guadalajara.

The proposal explores verticality within a predominantly horizontal context, establishing a scheme that is read as a transition between both scales and engages with its immediate surroundings.

The modular system prioritizes constructive efficiency while enhancing views, residential individuality, and the interior–exterior relationship, incorporating terraces as extensions of the living spaces.

The ground floor is conceived as an open public space with commercial uses, directly connected to the street and to the park located in the roundabout facing the site, reinforcing urban continuity and activating the surrounding area.
